She feels that she is choking and it is hard to eat although \nshe is able to eat well . She is constantly clearmg her throat-and she feels as though there is a \nlump in her throat. I understand that you have given tier some \u2018nasal spray and she feels that \n\u201cthis just dries up hernose. She-does have heartburn but has never smoked \n- \nOn examlnatlon her nasal an'way is very narrow and inflamed. Her nasopharynx is.clear but \nagain quite inflamed and there. is erythema, pharyngitis and bulky tonsils. Her mouth and \nlarynx were all completely clear. This picture often goes along.with heartburn.and reflux and \nI would be grateful if you could: give her twic\u00e9. daily Omeprazole.
