Long term pain in right hip worsening. 70A \nXR Lumbar spine : \nThere is a mild spondylolisthesis at L4\/L5 level and a possible unilateral pars defect posteriorly. \nThe appearance is new when compared to previous CT from 2009 but the age is uncertain \nbeyond that. it could potentially account for the presentation several months ago. The CT also \ndemonstrated marked degenerative change affecting the facet joint on the left. No vertebral \nbody fractures demonstrated. \nXR Pelvis : \nHip joints appear satisfactory.
