This has been \n. persistent over the past three months or so and by her account seems to have started faitly soon after going up \ninto the loft of her house to get some Christmas decorations down. She tells me that she has nesting starlings\u2019in - \nthe loft and there are copious amount of droppings there. She does also keep a parrot, whom I am pleased to tell \nyou seems to be keeping well itself! She is a non smoker and works as a school cleaner. She has had no worrying \nsymptoms such as haemoptysis or weight loss. She has had documented psittacosis in 1993 and she is Type ! \nHer initial illness started with a persistent cough associated with some sweating on exertion and a headache when \ncoughing. Initially there were scattered course rhonchi on examinatlon but recent chest examination has been \nA chest x-ray has been reported as normal with no previous chest x-rays for comparison. Bloods have shown a \nrecent elevation in her ESR of 36 with a normal CRP. Chlamydia IGG is present and she is low positive for \nleen her persistent symptoms despite treatment so far of Azithromycin, Amoxicillin and Clarithromycin we wou[d \nwelcome your review.
