She feels that she is choking and it is hard to eat although \nshe is able to eat well. She is constantly clearing her throat and she feels as though there is a \nlump in her throat. I understand that you have given her some nasal spray and she feels that \nthis just dries up her nose. She does have heartburn but has never smoked. \n. On examination her nasal alrway is very narrow and inflamed. Her nasopharynx is clear but \nagain quite inflamed and there is erythema, pharyngitis and bulky tonsils. Her mouth and \nlarynx were all completely clear. This picture often goes along with heartburn and reflux and \nI would be grateful if you could give her twice daily Omeprazole.
