Localised left sided dull \nache, no radiation. Can have assoc sweat. Lasts 5-1 Omins, now has GTN s\/l and feels this is effective \nafter a few mins. No obwous trigger. Episodes 0-2 times a day, 2-3 times a week \n_JRelevant Past Medical Hlstog( \n. Asthma, Type |l Diabetes, hypertension and hypercholesterolaemia. \nInvestigations \n. .ECG ETT \u2018 . \n\" Heart Rate: 76 (bpm) ETT not done \n\" Sinus rhythm. . \n) Normal conduction. \n~~ - Non Ischaemic. \nClinical Findings \nBP {(mmHg) 144\/83 \nSmoking Status Never Smoked - \nDiagnosis and Recomendations \n_ Additional discharge comments: Following assessment today, slightly atypical pain however risk factors++, she looks \nqulte pal\u00e9 and | have taken off bloods today prlor to putting her on the treadmill. She is returning on Thurs for this if her \nbloods are ok : - : \n. 30\/08\/12 - returned today, bloods satisfactory. She unfortun\u00e9tely managed a really low workload on the treadmill an\ufb01 this \nwas therefore inconclusive. In view of her risk factors [ have suggested she goes on to have a Dobutamine Thallium scan, \nwhich | will arrange. As she feels the: GTN s\/l helps then | have also recommended a trial of Isosorbide Mononitrate 10mg \n. BD unless contraindicated. She has been given a review appointment to be seen back at clinic. \nFAO of nuclear medicine: Curreint medication as follows \n.
