Approximately three weeks ago she had \nurinary infection which was treated by antibiotics of which she is uncertain of the name. Ten \ndays after the start of the UTT, an eruption appeared on the extensor aspect of her elbows, \n* forearms and upper arms. It has now been present for ten days. \nOn examination it is slightly urticated with some annular lesions, although not exactly targetoid. \nOral mucosa, vulval mucosa are intact. There is slight periorbital irritation but the cornea are \nintact. This is again exactly the same eruption as has previously been identified and I think we \nare dealing with a reactive dermatosis. Whether this is an urticarial vasculitis or perhaps an \natypical erythema multiforme is difficult to decide and I have taken a further biopsy today \nalthough I am really uncertain whether it will decipher between the two. I have given her \nDermovate cream to be applied twice per day and I plan to review the histology with \nDr Blessing and also the two previous biopsy specimens. I will see Mrs Clelland back in six \nweeks.
