She has had occasional dysphagla along with \nheartburn and indigestion. Omeprazole initially abolished the symptoms, but they have now recurred. As a \nHelicobacter blood test was positive, I have given her eradication therapy with only temporary benefit. She is \ndiabetic and suffering from leg pains, which are probably due to nerve damage. She is also getting rather \ndepressed and low about her weight, which continues to increased despite all her efforts. I have re-referred \nher to the Dietitian. \nShe also complains of occasional pain in the right upper quadrant. \nApart from the positive Helicobacter, all of her blocd tests were normal including U&E's, glucose, CRP, \nAmylase, liver function tests, bone biochemistry and cholesterol.
