(Unit No. 338654) \n39 Rennie Road, Kilsyth, G65 9PQ. \nI reviewed this patient at the dermatology clinic on 28.2.00. Mrs. Clelland, as you know, had a \nrather puzzling recurrent eruption which histologically is in keeping with an erythema multiforme. \nWe had wondered if herpes simplex was the trigger factor but in fact that has not been shown to be the \ncase and the other puzzling point is that she has associated with the rash puffiness of her eyelids \nwhich takes some days to settle but does settle as the rash s;ttles. \nRoutine investigations have been normal. I have however repeated her ANA screen and complement \nstudies. : \nAt the present time the skin changes were mainly those of post inflammation and some dryness of the \nleft upper eyelid. ; \u2018 \nMrs. Clelland has an appointment for.review. \nYours sincerely, . \nRebecca E.I.
