I feel that the most \nlikely trigger is her recurring herpetic lesions on the lips and I would therefore be grateful if she could \nbe prescribed Acyclovir 200 mgs. five times a day for five days at the immediate onset of a cold sore to \nsee if this will prevent the erythema multiforme occurring.
