She had a further flare up of her atypical \nrash and today it was very annular affecting the extensor aspect of the forearms, anterior chest wall \nand also the face. It was rather in keeping with erythema multiforme I felt and it is interesting that \nshe has just had a cold sore and she has had cold sores on all the previous episodes. [ have opted to \ndo a further biopsy of these fresh lesions to see if it can confifm my clinical impression and we will- \nsee her back at the clinic thereafter.
