This had recurred about five days before her attendance affecting her arms, face and causing \nswelling of the eyelids. The rash was itchy. She could not think of any apparent trigger such as drugs. \nOn examination in the periorbital area, elbows and arms there were discoid erythematous urticated \nwheals, some of which were resolving with central fading to leave target lesions. I discussed her with \nDr. Kerr who felt that this was a form of erythema multiforme and we have arranged some blood tests \nand biopsy. It was recommended she try Semprex as an antihistamine for the itch.
