No cyanosis. Cardiovascular system - nil \nof note. Respiratory examination - nil of note, no thyroid palpable. \nAbdominal examination \u2014 obese with nothing to fe\u20acl. No muscle tenderness. \nI discussed her case with Dr Milroy and he feels the most likely explanation \nie a sort of viral fatigue syndrome in relation to the peittocosis. \nTo be totally certain of this I have arranged to check her pulmonary function \ntests, creatinine kinases with respect to any muscle problem, transferrin \nsaturation and liver function tests with respect to any liver disease \n(haemochromatosis) and doing the overnight oxygen saturation monitoring with \nrespect to the headaches, tiredness and obesity to make sure she is not \nsuffering from nocturnal;desahuration. \nShe
