Has had Thallium & Cardiac MRI scans which \nshow large defect in region of LAD. However Car Angio shows essentially normal Coe \nAs \u2014 Dx is microvascular angina. \nGets angina daily and takes her GTN spray regularly but is mobile on crutches at \npresent and feels she controls her angina well. Description of chest pain is slightly \natypical. ] \nAlso has oesophageal stricture which has been dilated in past and she feels is \nstarting to cause symptoms again. BMI 45, Weight 129kg. \nNote she is on a WLI for a Sunday - this will need to be changed to a regular \nweekday list as I think it unlikely the anaesthetist doing the WLI would agree to do
