Some degenerative changes are noted at the right 2nd TMT joint with thinning.of articular \ncartilage and mild subarticular marrow cedema. There is also slight ill-definition \u00a2f the Lisfranc \nligaments but no evidence of tarsometatarsal dislocation. \n2. Slight irregularity of the medial margin of the lateral cuneiform bone which probably accounts \nfor the appearances on the plain radiograph. In particular, no evidence of a bone tumour or \ntumour-like process. \n3. No other significant abnormality. \nConclusions: Localised degenerative changes around the right 2nd TMT joint and possible \ninjury of the Lisfranc ligaments but no evidence .of tarsometatarsal
