Query stenosis\/ right C6 nerve root compr\u00e9ession is \nnow starting to get left.sided symptoms PMH rlght mid foot fusion\/ achiiles transfer. \nendometrlum ablation \nMRI Spine cervical : \nThere is a very prominent posterior asteophyte\/disc bar at C6\/C7 level. This appears to be of \nthe higher signal than a 'standard\u2019 osteophyte\/disc bar.and therefore a large-.component of it \ncould be from a prolapsed disc. This encroaches.into the right side of the canal. The right:side \n- ofthe cord is sllghtly flattened but:more importantly there does appear to be encroachment \nupon the exit foramen at this level. It could, therefore, account for the right sided symptoms. \nElsewhere there are only minimal changes of spondylosis, commonplace in patients of this age. \nNo significant encroachment into the spinal canal at the other levels. and no definite nerve root \ncompression seen elsewhere.
