This started over 2 weeks ago when she developed pain in her right arm, index and middle finger with \nreduced sensation in her finger. She was unable to fully flex her index finger. The pain started-acutely after rolling \nover in bed and she had mild neck pain, but this was not severe. She also complained of a sore shoulder and went \nto Minor Injuries who x-rayed her shoulder and gave her a sling. She is taking Co-Codamol, Naproxen, Gabapentin \nand Amitriptyline with no relief. She is not sleeping due to the pain. \nOn examination she has limited movements of her shoulder and is tender over her posterior muscles. She is also \ntender over her lat\u00e9ral epicondyle and on light touch of her forearm muscles. There is no swelling or redness of \nher arm and peripheral pulses are normal. She has reduced sensation in her middle finger up to her mid farearm. \nPower is limited due to pain, but seems reasonable.
