The MRI scan has confirmed a right sided disc bulge \nat C5\/6 with impingement of the C6 nerve root on that side. | related the findings to Miss Clellend, \nwho reported her arm pain has completely settled in the interim, though she has some residul \n-numbness in the C6 dermatome distally. Myotomes were within normal limits-and her reflexes are \nintact and equal in the upper limb. She denies any functional loss due to her upper limb, although \nis, as you know, affected by global aches and pains. Certainly in relation to Miss Clellend\u2019s neck, \ngiven that her arm pain has settled, there is no indication here for intervention to the disc at C5\/6. | \nhave.reassured her of this and
