A thallium scan done \n\u2018 S on 1% October showed a large defect in the LAD\/circumflex territory. It was a Dobutamine stress \nscan and the area of reversibility was thought to be small to moderate but | suspect itis a high risk \nstill she is still experiencing symptoms of angina despite being started on antianginal therapy. | \nhave discussed this with her today and referred her on for coronary-angiography. \nIn the interim, of course, we can further increase her.antianginal therapy. She is not on a beta \nblocker at the moment because of her asthma and requirement of inhaler therapy. An option will \nBe to start her on a limiting calcium channel blocker like Diitiazem to get her heart rate under better \ncontrol as it is currently 76 beats per minute.
