{"text":"This 57 year old patient with Type II Diabetes Mellitus on Insulin was admitted, as arranged, - \nto the Golden Jubilee National Hospital on 11* February 2013 for coronary angiography. She \nhas a history of exertional chest pain and breathlessness with a large defect on Thallium in the. \nLAD\/circumflex region. She is a non smoker with no family: history of ischaemic_.helart' . \ndisease. She has hypercholesterolaemia and hypertension. She agreed to be part of the MR \n\" INFORM Study and had a cardiac MR which showed a perfusion abnormality in the territory \nof.the left anterior descending coronary artery. o . \n'Coronary angiography was performed via the right radial artery on 11\" February 2013. There \nwas 1o disease in the left anterior descending or circumflex arteries with only minor atheroma \nin the ostium of the right coronary artery. \nTn summary, therefore, this patient has essentially normal coronary arteries and has been- \nreassured. It is possible that she has'microvascular angina in the context of her ongoing \nsymptoms and perfusion defects.in the anterior wall in both Thallium and CMR.. She is due \nfor discharge on 1 1\u00ae February 2013. No change in her medication has been made. Iwould \nbe grateful if you would arrange her continuing follow-up.
