Mrs \nClelland presented with a 6 month history of discomfort to the right foot. She is aware of dropping a\u2019 \nbottle on her feet with subsequent discomfort. She has found the pain to the area has been present \neversince and has never really resolved. \nShe is now limping and is finding that general activities are becoming increasingly more - \nuncomfortable and this is effecting her mobility. She is fine when she is resting however finds as soon \nas she starts to weight bear or mobilise she becomes quite uncomfortable. She currently works as a - \ndomestic in a school and obviously has a high demand on her feet. \nMrs Clelland is known to be non insulin diabetic and advises her sugar levels are well controlled at \nthis time. \nOn examination today her right foot is very slightly swollen in comparison to the left foot however no \nobvious temperature changes detected. She was very tender on pa[patlon directly around the \ncuneiform
