CRN:10338654X \n39 Rennie Road Kilsyth Glasgow Lanarkshire G\u00e95 9PQ - \nMrs Clelinad was further reviewed at the orthopaedic podiatry clinic following on from MRI scan to \nher right foot. She was reviewed earlier in the year with regards to non-resolving pain to the right \nfoot. She is known to be non-insulin diabetic and had dropped a bottle on her foot with subsequ\u00e9n\u2019r. \ndiscomfort about 6 months ago. Subsequent MRI indicates there to be arthritic changes to the 2nd \ntarsal metatfarsal joint. These have been discussed with the Orthopaedic Consultant and he \nadvised that perhaps Mrs Clelland may benefit from steroid injection. \n- We spoke to Mrs Clelland with regards to this and she was happy to undertake this. 0.5ml 40mg \ndepo-medrone with lignocaine was applied to the right mid foot area to see if this will reduce some \nof the inflammation she is experiencing. We have dlso supplied her with an dir cast boot to help \nwith mobilising and she is struggling with her mobility.
