' \nXR Mammogram Both : . \nThere is predominantly fatty breast pattern. There is a slightly increased density in the 12 \no'clock position within the right breast with an assoctated oil cyst. R2. Nil else seen. \nUS Breast.Rt: o \nScanning over the palpable area corresponds with an area of hyperechogenicity (8mmy). This \nmay be fat necrosis or mature fat. No skin bruising. No sinister features. Core biopsy should be \nperformed to prove benignity. This could be done free hand as area palpable or could be \nperformed under ultrasound guidance any Thursday afternoon or Tuesday.
