She has had occasional dysphagia along with \nheartburn and indigestion. Omeprazole initially abolished the symptoms, but they have now recurred. As a \nHelicobacter blood test was positive, I have given her eradication therapy with only temporary benefit. She is \ndiabetic and suffering from leg pains, which are probably due to nerve damage. She is also getting rather \ndepressed and low about her weight, which continues to increased despite all her efforts. I have re-referred her to \n\u00b0 \nShe also complains-of occasional pain in the right upper quadrant. \nPre-existing conditions (High & medium:- priority - all) \n.Comment \nreactive dermatosis \nexacerbation of following fall - steriod and local \nanaesthetic injection \npassible \nstarted on metformin \nmild degenerative changes \ncervical \nL \nApart from-the positive Helicobacter, all of her blood tests were normal including U&E's, glucose, CRP, Amylase, \nliver function tests, bane biochemistry and cholesterol. Her last HbAIC was 6.4 and her last full blood count was \nnormal except that she had an ESR of 45. ~ \nI have given her Domperidone to use if required, and increased her Omeprazole to twice daily.
