{"text":"NHS Confidential: Personal data about a patient \nNorwood Henry CHI: 0101506015 OPCL 18\/07\/2024 v1 \n| reviewed Mr Norwood in my respiratory clinic on 18th July 2024. His main complaint is of \nbreathlessness and chest discomfort. There is no obvious new cause for this on his CT scan. He \ndoes have new lung nodules throughout both lungs. They are unlikely to be causing any symptoms. \n| checked his ANA and ANCA but | am not certain as to the cause of these. The index left upper \nlobe nodule is static. \n| will discuss his case at our x-ray meeting. | have updated his blood tests. | will be in touch with him \nregarding follow up for him. \nNB Following discussion at X-ray meeting, | will arrange to see him and organise a bronchoscopy and \nwash, immune function assessment (igs, fnal abs and lymphocyte subsets). Has mod positive ANA, \nbut negative ANCA and ENAs.
