He was allowed home with follow up planned in the form of an outpatient \nexercise tolerance test. His chest x-ray from admission has now been reported which showed some \nscarring in the left upper lobe which has previously been noted but no other acute findings. | note \nhe subsequently attended for his exercise tolerance test but unfortunately he only managed one \nminute and forty-one seconds due to breathlessness with no chest pain and no ECG changes.
