{"text":"NHS Confidential: Personal data about a patient \nNorwood Henry CHI: 0101506015 OPCL 12\/12\/2024 v1 \n| reviewed Mr Norwood in my respiratory clinic on 12th December 2024. He has been keeping \nrelatively well. He attended the cardiclogists recently who have changed his antianginal medications. \nThere was a suggestion that COPD could be contributing to his breathlessness however his \nlast pulmonary function tests showed only mild COPD and as such he is unlikely to be overly \nsymptomatic related to this. | see he only managed an exercise tolerance test for 2 minutes or so. A \nprevious Echocardiogram showed preserved LV function with some basal hypokinesis. \n| have decided to update Mr Norwood's spirometry and as well as this do a 6 minute walking test to \ntry formally record whether he has exercise related desaturation or not. In addition | have arranged \nfor perform a bronchoscopy and wash of his left upper lobe and | have checked his aspergillus \nserology. Thereafter we could decide whether he should attend the pulmonary infection clinic. Of \nnote he does not appear to have immunodeficiency. \nIgE 1485, IgE to asp 1.78, IgG to asp 82. Eos 0.78, blood galactomannan negative. BAL - Aspergillus \nantigen negative, AAFB negative. Cytology shows pulmonary histiocytes and nil concerning. Await \nphysiological tests.
