The description of his dysphagia was very \"high\" relating to his throat rather than below the \nsternal notch. \nThe upper Gl endoscopy was performed without complication. It was entirely normal other than a \nvery small hiatus hernia. \nWeight loss is probably not unexpected in the context of his severe COPD. | do wonder about the \nappropriateness of additional investigations given his severe chronic disease and recent referral to \npalliative care. | haven't arranged for further gastroenterclogy investigations, but would suggest that \nfurther referrals and
