{"text":"There was a very stressful few weeks while David continued to abscond and commit offences \nand input from the department and staff at Columba continues intensively. David\u2019s offending \npattern gradually lessened as the boy he was absconding with moved on. David continued to \nexpress his need to move out of Columba and his frustration at the delay following his \nReviews. \nDuring this period referrals were made to two resources that were considered appropriate to \nmeet David\u2019s needs, Hillhead House and CAPS (Community Alternative Placement Scheme) \nIntroductory visits have been organised over the last three weeks with one provision, Hillhead \nHouse and both David and staff are pleased with how this is progressing (see later in report - \nRecommendation). \nFamily Background. \nDavid Elias Thompson was born on 8th June 1984 at Bellshill Hospital the first son of Mrs \nJdnnniiammmyend her husbandEEEED G originates from the \nWest End of Glasgow, GIlD(rom Athens, in Greece. David was bom by caesarean \nsection and weighed 7Ibs 100z. During his early childhood gfaitataagn reports that \nDavid had no significant health problems. \nIn 1985, G d David moved to Greece and began to make a life abroad \nwith@E: cxtended family (David has a grandmother and an uncle in Greece). \nIn 1986, G nd David returned to Scotland as the marriage between Gl \nA 2 il broke down. This marriage was eventually legally dissolved. \nFollowing this separation, contact between GEENENENED and G became erratic and \neventually ceased. On their return from Greece, GEENNEEPD-nd David initially lived \nwith G o ther in Lesmahagow (until David was three years old) after which, \nthey moved to the Crow Road in Glasgow\u2019s West End. \n
